妇女和女童归属感的偏远地区so want to work for the family as it is seen that there are so many girls and young women from the remote areas whose family’s economic condition is not so good and due to this they want to support the family financially however due to lack of education and skills they are unable to do it. These women and girls are school drop-out, early married or illiterate. They do not get the opportunity to support their family financially and live the life which is possible in that poor economic condition. Even if they like to learn some new skills then also they are unable to because the centers who are teaching the skills are far away from their house and their parents or guardians do not allow them to go that far and also these skill centers do demand for hefty fees which their parents are unable to pay.
In this context, RSKS India team members went a remote area where some people were keen to learn beautician skills and then the team started doing baseline survey door to door. This program- Build Bright Future For Marginalized Girls was organized. In the baseline survey 60 girls were identified and after some days an interview session was organized with them in which the RSKS team members came to know about these women and girls more better and then 35 girls and young women were selected for the 3 months beautician vocational education school. The team then organized the inauguration function of the school where the MLA & Corporator was invited as chief guest and then cultural programs like dancing, singing was done. After this everyone had their foods and refreshments and the program details were shared with everyone.
These young women and girls would be learning the beautician skill for the next 3 months and would be learning the skill in both theoretically as well as practically. These young women and girls would learn the skill and would be able to earn some income through it in their own area. The parents of these young women and girls allowed them to come regular at the vocational school as the it was close to their homes as well as no hefty fees was taken from these young women and girls. In near future, some of these girls have shown interest in opening their own beauty parlour and some of them would go on to the nearby beauty parlour shops. The young women and girls would learn so many new things also from this vocational school like life skills, EDP, marketing, sports etc as this all of these activities are included during the training duration.

It is often observed that young women and girls living in rural & urban slums areas have to face many problems as they have to always be reliant on others for their basic needs. They are not being able to have equal rights in their own family because of the conservative thinking. This must be resolved and it could be resolved by empowering these women and girls so that they could become self reliant. In this context, RSKS India enrolled 50 women and girls in its different non-farming vocational training like advanced garments making, beauty culture etc. which are run through the valuable support of donors. In these vocational schools, these girls were taught garment making skills as well as beautician skills for three months.
In this context, RSKS India team members organized the graduation ceremony of these young women and girls trainees of the vocational schools organized by RSKS India. The team provided 50 trade skill certificates to the young women and girls who were able to finish their three months rigorous skill training in which they were taught 1.5 hours theoretically as well as 3.5 hours practically daily. These women and girls were doing cultural activities like dancing, singing etc at the graduation ceremony. Refreshments were also organized by the RSKS team members for them at the graduation ceremony. The online groups were created of these women and girls so that they could stay in touch with the RSKS team and monthly meeting would be taken of these girls so that their problems or achievement stories could be heard.
Most of these women and girls have started their own business and are earning from their home. These skills have made them become self reliant and now these women and girls are supporting their family financially. These women and girls are now able to speak on their thoughts at the family and are also involved in the family decision making. These women and girls are now inspiration to the whole village as now they are earning from home by doing their self employment in the means of beautician or garments making. Many of these young women and girls have got job at the city due to the skill certificates being provided to them by RSKS India and the skills they learned during the course of the vocational school. The family members as well as these young women and girls thanked whole RSKS team and donors for making them self reliant, confident and empowered.

每个国家的失业率是一个非常大的问题as it is the biggest reason of the economy of the country not developing. This can be caused due to many reasons like illiteracy, or people choosing for the same profession or lack of skill knowledge etc. It is also observed that the unemployment rate of the rural women and girls is the highest as they are either illiterate or their family members do not allow them to go out and work or they do not have sufficient skill knowledge which could make them to earn. This is the biggest problem in the rural villages as if any household expenses are met by both the husband and the wife then it would be very good or if every member of the family would earn then it will grow the family income and hence will result in a better living. Still due to many reasons these women and girls do not get chance to get employment and become self reliant.
RSKS India is successfully working on the women empowerment & sustainable livelihood from the last 29 years and this has made the confidence & knowledge build up of the organization and it’s team members. Through this knowledge and confidence of making the young women and girls empowered and having a sustainable livelihood, Rajasthan Samgrah KalyanSansthan organized Beauty Parlour Vocational Education School Program under the Build Bright Future for Marginalized Girls project of RSKS India. In this program, around 25 girls and women were selected and then they were taught about the beauty parlour skills at the Beauty Parlour Vocational Education School of RSKS India. This program was of 3 months and the girl and women trainees were taught in both the ways i.e. theoretically as well as practically so that they could understand about the beauty parlour skills in better way. During this program, life skills, EDP, capacity building, sports, SavanMohatsav, Bridal Competition, Mehndi Competion etc were organized for the overall development of these women and girls.
The Beauty Parlour Vocational Education Program of RSKS India set up a strong base for these girls and women as this program taught them a skill through which they are now becoming self reliant. Many trainees are now working and are earning for their family and supporting their family financially. Some of the girls started earning during the 3 months training period and some got selected in the Job fair at the school. Also there are some girls and women who started their own beauty parlour at their house. Through this program, these girls and women got livelihood opportunities and they got a chance to do what they always wanted to do. These girls are now having freedom to work and also now their family members are also understanding how support from every family member could result in less financial burden on them. The girls and women along with their parents thanked RSKS India from the bottom of their heart to make them what they are now “A Brilliant Beautician”.
